While we’re happy to offer estimates over the phone, they can only go so far. In-person quotes are far more accurate because they allow us to assess:

• Type of carpet fibre and what it needs
   
• Furniture placement and whether it needs moving
   
• Drying preferences
   
• Parking and property access (e.g., top-floor flats, long walks from van to property)

We base our prices on the following:
